All items sold are on a final basis. We do not operate a return policy, we are happy to offer an exchange within 14 days of delivery for an alternative veil of similar value. Items must be returned at your cost and with the original package and with any tags still in place. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange. Postage and carriage costs are not refundable.
A reasonable timescale for the purposes of the law on this site are 14 days from date of delivery.
